Offering A Bet To Serge

Recommended Posts

shhh....dont tell him....I think of the players that I bet on the best chance of 30 goal scorers are:David MossKris BeechScott ParseMaxim LapierreBlair Betts(if he gets bumped to first line)Jeremy Williams...I still think Moss has the best shot ....But I believe Belanger's assesment and hope Parse does it with LA.
Dont bet the farm on Betts..

those are some good guys, but i think you're overvaluing them if you think 5/7 to score 30 goals in the NHL is an even-money bet.
They only have to do it once. Not average 30 a season, just have one season with 30 or more. In the new NHL, 30 shouldn't be all that difficult unless you were a player drafted by Serge. Then you'll either have a career ending back injury (Daze), or have unfulfilled potential (Kobasew).

You understand how sick my team would be if Daze panned out like he should of....Guaranteed 40 goal scorer..

That's your logic.Perhaps if he wasn't hurt he'd be scoring at the same rate he did during other seasons when he was healthy.

He's not listed anywhere. Is he injured?
I am not sure but if we ask Belanger he might tell us what he had for lunch.

I am sick so I had some Soup and it didn't react too well.Parse is a senior and his year at Nebraska-Omaha is over so he will sign with LA(The Kings thought highly enough to try to sign him after his junior season). He currently has a leg injury and has been out of the lineup. Most likely if he signs he will go directly to Manchester with a slight chance of playing a game in LA.

Belanger also loves Dan Cloutier and secretly hopes he'll make it back before the end of the season.Or so I'm told.
Actually it may not be a bad thing. We're stuck with Dan for two years whether we like it or not because LA does not want to take the 1.023 Million cap hit over the next four seasons. He needs to play some games and see a lot of shots. He needs to get back to being a goalie and not the walking wounded.

I like to know what you wrote.
I was going to make some comments on Beech, but I realized that in the rare chance that you might listen, I wouldn't want to affect any monetary bet that you might have going with Daniel. I'll just smile and nod.
