Snamuh 0
I'm kind of pissed. I had a session with an abnormal amount of mega donks on Cake. One regular, who normally plays 15/12, must have been drunk because he was on 4 tables playing like 85/30 and not folding preflop to 3bets, to cbets, and often not to double barrels. Here's a few gems vs him:POKERSTARS GAME #663011657000189: HOLD'EM NO LIMIT ($2/$4) - 2008/10/23 - 20:18:36 (ET)Table 'Cake_ Amsterdam (6-max) 11657' Seat #10 is the buttonSeat 1: SteamySammy ($490.50 in chips)Seat 2: kcbi*** ($382.00 in chips)Seat 3: emma*** ($400.00 in chips)Seat 8: Jeff*** ($2,671.93 in chips)Seat 9: Ogou*** ($468.30 in chips)Seat 10: zwar*** ($1,050.40 in chips)SteamySammy: posts small blind $2kcbi***: posts big blind $4*** HOLE CARDS ***Dealt to SteamySammy [Kd Kh]emma***: foldsJeff***: raises $10.00 to $14.00Ogou***: foldszwar***: calls $14.00SteamySammy: raises $50.00 to $64.00kcbi***: foldsJeff***: calls $50.00zwar***: calls $50.00*** FLOP *** [Ks Tc Qd]SteamySammy: bets $165.00Jeff***: calls $165.00zwar***: folds*** TURN *** [Ks Tc Qd] [7h]SteamySammy: bets $261.50 and is all-inJeff***: calls $261.50*** RIVER *** [Ks Tc Qd 7h] [Ac]*** SHOW DOWN ***Jeff***: shows [Jh 6h] (Straight, Ace high)SteamySammy: mucks handJeff*** collected $1,046.00 from pot*** SUMMARY ***Total pot $1,049.00 | Rake $3.00Board [Ks Tc Qd 7h Ac]Seat 1: SteamySammy (small blind) mucked handSeat 2: kcbi*** (big blind) folded before FlopSeat 3: emma*** folded before FlopSeat 8: Jeff*** showed [Jh 6h] and won ($1,046.00) with Straight, Ace highSeat 9: Ogou*** folded before FlopSeat 10: zwar*** folded on the FlopPOKERSTARS GAME #663011915000143: HOLD'EM NO LIMIT ($2/$4) - 2008/10/23 - 20:07:13 (ET)Table 'Cake_ Amsterdam (6-max) 11915' Seat #8 is the buttonSeat 1: BR54*** ($482.50 in chips)Seat 2: SteamySammy ($437.25 in chips)Seat 3: wnr2*** ($328.40 in chips)Seat 8: IDON*** ($201.30 in chips)Seat 9: Jeff*** ($1,510.08 in chips)Seat 10: Ogou*** ($646.50 in chips)Jeff***: posts small blind $2Ogou***: posts big blind $4*** HOLE CARDS ***Dealt to SteamySammy [As Ad]BR54***: foldsSteamySammy: raises $10.00 to $14.00wnr2***: foldsIDON***: foldsJeff***: calls $12.00Ogou***: folds*** FLOP *** [Kh 8c Qd]Jeff***: checksSteamySammy: bets $24.00Jeff***: calls $24.00*** TURN *** [Kh 8c Qd] [9d]Jeff***: checksSteamySammy: bets $60.00Jeff***: calls $60.00*** RIVER *** [Kh 8c Qd 9d] [Ts]Jeff***: checksSteamySammy: checks*** SHOW DOWN ***SteamySammy: shows [As Ad] (Pair of Aces)Jeff***: shows [Qh Tc] (Two Pairs, Queens and Tens)Jeff*** collected $197.00 from pot*** SUMMARY ***Total pot $200.00 | Rake $3.00Board [Kh 8c Qd 9d Ts]Seat 1: BR54*** folded before FlopSeat 2: SteamySammy showed [As Ad] and lost with Pair of AcesSeat 3: wnr2*** folded before FlopSeat 8: IDON*** folded before FlopSeat 9: Jeff*** (small blind) showed [Qh Tc] and won ($197.00) with Two Pairs, Queens and TensSeat 10: Ogou*** (big blind) folded before FlopI was up like 1300-1400 and would have been up close to 2k after the KK hand. RDog 0
58k hands for <10k seems like a beat, no?LOL, not when 50k hands is 1/2. Just curious Jordan, why recently such the "high and mighty horse" when it comes to stakes you play? Its weird cause honestly I would never expect that from you. I'm certainly not going to apologize for grinding out 10-20k months playing stakes where losing days aren't going to affect me emotionally as much. So I assume my graph would be perfectly fine if it was 10k hands for 9k? I guess being lazy at this game is admirable?

I would also assume that playing 60k hands and making 9k is not necessarily great for 1/2, but I also don't know what winrate is expected. Does that work out to 3.75 PTBB/100 (my rough calc) or so? I mean, that's not great if it's what it comes out to and maybe I've missed something in other posts that Jordan's made, but I thought the "58k hands for <10k seems like a beat, no?" comment was pretty harmless.Maybe I just don't know what a reasonable expected winrate at 6m or FR is when you're playing 10+ tables at a time. There is also some 2/4 in there. And a couple thousand hands of lower limits from coaching sessions. And yes I would take a win rate like that for the rest of my life 10 tabling. Win rates mass tabling at 6m or FR are certainly never going to be anywhere close to 2 tabling HU. In the end I don't really care, all that matters is money. And yeah, it isn't just this comment. He has made several comments recently which don't really matter because he is definitely correct that 1/2 isn't going to be as difficult as 3/6. But the moment he makes similar comments in that there is an issue with grinding out a living, then I have an issue. And you can say it was harmless or whatever but that is exactly what his statement is saying.

How do you flag hands in HEM?tyia!Markin case you missed it: the tables stats from HEM show the last 3 hands results. double click one and get the HH. convert buttons are there, and a radio box to flag for review. then filter in the main screen of HEM to "show only flagged hands"
