Longboy 0
Single table tourney, start w/1500 chips, 25-50 blinds to start, 15 min. levels, pays top 2.There are 6 players left. I'm 2nd in chips (3500) and on the button at 100/200 blinds. 2 players limp in front of me. I get 5s5c and make it 800 to go (I'm very loose-agressive). SB (2500 in chips) calls the 800, all others fold.Flop:2d-4d-6hSB thinks for 15 secs. and goes all in. First time playin with this guy, but from what I've seen he's a loose, weak player.I think for a while and call, leaving me with only 1000 left if I lose.Let's hear some input and I'll let you know what he had. David_Nicoson 1
I call. You probably have outs to justify a 2:1ish call if you're behind.
disctiger85 0
I'm rarely raising a small PP with a couple of limpers ahead of me, especially when it takes me putting almost 1/4 of my stack with a hand that doesn't play that well post-flop. If you think your opponents are limping super light then I don't mind it so much, but it's still an awkward hand to play post-flop.
DonkSlayer 1
I'm thinking he has 2 over-diamonds so you're essentially flipping a coin for 1/3 of your stack. Maybe Ad3d too.I dunno. In a WSOP this would be a terrible call but I feel like in these turbodonkaments that it's not a bad idea to flip a coin when your whole stack isn't in jeopardy.

I figure that it is either made or a flush draw though. I also am not sure about the 2/1 odds the above post mentions. I see it as you needing one of 2 remaining 5's or 1 of 4 3's.Problem is the only truely safe cards are 3 of the 3's. The 5 could make his straight. The 3 of Diamonds could flush him. Best case scenario I think you have is 3/1 odds. More realisticly is 4/1 and as bad as 7/1. You are only getting 2/1 on your money if I read the numbers right. Please tell me if anyone else sees my odds figuring wrong. I am new and trying to practice as much as I can on figuring this stuff out.

The times we're ahead make up for our equity gap when we're trailing and drawing to somewhere between 3 and 7 outs.Wang
Doug 0
I think it's irrelevent of was it a bad call, I think you just got yourself into a bad situation by raising on a small pair with 2 limpers in front of you. I think the correct play would have been to limp aswell as then on the flop you do not have 800 chips committed to the pot when this guy who goes all in could well be holding and A6. I don't make that call.
