Jw_513 0
I usually stick to freezeouts but I'm going to play in the rebuy tourney tonight on Stars. I do not really enjoy the first hour of rebuys......with people going nuts trying to double up.I understand you need to take chances in order to build a big stack but I am more interested in just getting to the break with an avg/ just below avg chip stack w/o having to rebuy if possible. You used to be able to just sign up at the break and double buy...but I am pretty sure you can't do that now. Should I just post and fold until the break and double buy? Maybe throw half my stack away just before the break and double buy so I can have even more chips at the break?Basically...I'm just looking to get as many chips as possible w/o spending more than $9. (Yes I have a sufficient BR)Any tips/advice much appreciated.thats not the way you should play rebuys, get your money all in in the beginning with a strong hand to try to double up, then pick your spots

Jam-Fly 8
taken a few bad beats for big pots (JJvKT, KKvAQs AIPF etc) but still got $36,999. The play is pretty weak so, if I don't get unlucky, I think I'll go pretty deep, how bout everyone else?

Jam-Fly 8
I decided to tilt and started raising all in with an M of about 8 with average hands, AJ, 66 (Q3s, lol, it was in l8 pos tho) and then got little bit extra nuts and did it with K3. Got a call from the BB who had AJ and I got lucky. So, after tilting myself up to 85k, I am not ready to play poker :)EDIT: ouch, just saw what happend Royal. Well you still got chips, just don't do what I did (unless your an expert at getting lucky)

Jam-Fly 8
lol, I'm such a terrible player.I've said this like 4 times, but I'm still above ave chips. The play is so bad, that I am able to call an all in with A5 to try to knock a guy out, and still be in with a good chanceOkay, this is my final promise. For FCP, I promise I'll play my best for the remainder of this tourney
