They said it didn't matter that I had ripped them on my computer. The issue was that I was sharing them with other people. In fact, I found out in the legal process that they don't even go after people that download them... only people that share them. ya i got a warning for a movie i had back in early 2003, and it was for sharing, so since then i've always been one of those people who just turn sharing off of every service i've ever had. i get everything i want, and dont give any of it up. just like it should be.
