Balloon guy 158
InfoBob: I'll give a quick response as Krup has requested. These are my own personal feelings. In the short term nothing has changed and the new legislation to my understanding doesn't change whether playing poker is legal or not for Americans. There's a 270 day time period for the banking industry to comply with the regulations and they are strongly opposed to this.We don't know what the fallout will be but the On Game Network has a much higher percentage of non-American players then most of the other large sites do.To my knowledge the current plan for both FCP and the ON Game Network is to continue to allow Americans to play but I haven't heard anything officially. Balloon guy 158
Hey ballonguy got room on the couch for a degenerate gambler who needs to move to CA now? You need to be near a casino that spreads poker? There are 5 within 15 minutes from me. Wait till I finish my new house, then I might make have a little room.
budica 0
This may be a real stupid question but what's stopping a Canadian company from creating a portal for US players? They could handle the bank transfers and reroute the traffic so it would be coming from a Canadian IP.

cactusruss 0
Nothing changes... you'll just have to use Neteller to fund your poker accounts. The sky is not falling.
