Actuary 3 Posted September 6, 2006 Share Posted September 6, 2006 hi.I don't take notes; however, I do know somewher in the 2+2 forum there is a thread and good suggestion from someone.I would only caution you to make sure you distinguish between something odd they did one time vs a pattern of behavior.
