Kurtman213 0
I'm mainly a Limit, and Tourney player, but this weekend I'l be playing in a soft cash game. I'm guessing 3 of the 8 players know what they are doing. My question is, what would be the best style of play for a loose game like this??
MasterLJ 0
Play your cards.1. Putting sophisticated moves on unsophisticated players is bad2. Trying to bluff horrible players is generally bad3. Horrible players make enough mistakes that if you play your cards alone, you are going to profit

Kurtman213 0
Should I play hands like 67s, 78s, and 9Ts if I can see flops for one bet?
DonkSlayer 1
Should I play hands like 67s, 78s, and 9Ts if I can see flops for one bet?Uh, this isn't limit, 1 bet can me a lot of $$.In general, play these hands in two situations:1) You're getting good odds. Several players have limped in front of you, so if you hit your hand hard, you can bet hard and take it down right there.2) You are mixing it up against a TAG that also believes you not to be playing such things for a raise. Otherwise, fold preflop.
srblan 0
I play a lot of hands (especially suited connectors) in a game filled with idiots because they will have a hard time getting away from hands that you can beat if you flop hard. I'll even call a moderate raise with suited connectors.
Scott3705 0
In position, try to get in the pot with as many reasonable hands as possible. If people don't know what they're doing, they likely will not be able to get away from a hand.
