first hand was lucky, I fail to see how he got 'lucky' on the 2nd hand. He had him dominated preflop and crushed postflop...i wish I got the poker channel.nertz.

LOLI don't think it's a terrible play, if Devlfish has AK he forces him to lay it down or try to draw out. Of course, Gus nails it though. This kind of play works so well for his image as you see in the next hand shown. LMAO @ the guy calling for an 8!!By the way, what event is this? I would like to see the whole thing.

The thing with Gus is, he knows how to maximize his profits when he gets lucky, and thats what makes him a good player. I don't see why people keep ragging on him saying he's really lucky. Agreed he does get lucky sometimes, but he never lets off the pressure, and thats a great way to play.BTW, that clip had nothing to do with him being lucky. You're allowed to have good runs right? The second hand, nothing to do with being lucky. The first hand.... I see how he did, but it's not like he was calling off his chips.
