I fold preflop after the cap. KQ off suit is not something I want to be holding against a 3 bet and a cap from the BB unless I know they'd do this with a wide range. You are caught between two potentially big hands, who might be raising and reraising each other with you squeezed in the middle. This is the most expensive situation to get caught in, esp if you hit the flop and there's continued aggression.

I KNOW the raise utg was very wrong but you don't limp with KQo UTG?   Wow.I was still on tilt from 6 max when I sat down at the 3/6 and this was my 4th hand.
Fold preflop.Raise that flop.
I think (hope) Screech means fold preflop when it's 2 back to you.The preflop Raise is solid.

No. I raise, then fold when it's 2-cold back to me.Wang

Call me crazy, but I will often limp with KQ utg. This way if I am faced with a raise & re-raise I can muck. If not, I am comfortable with that hand for one or two bets. I know everyone is playing Ax and I am behind many hands from the go. A little passive I know, but I like to take flops and see what develops.Anyway, back to this hand ... I think you got yourself trapped and committed to the pot by raising. There are 10.5 bets here (because no one else is folding) so you are getting 5.25:1 with a KQ. I will take a flop with those odds anyday.I would raise the flop to see where I stand when the bets are still small and see if I can figure out if I am up against KK or AA. Because of how it played out and the Q hitting the turn, I think you played it very well. You have to assume you have a very good shot at winning this pot. If you were up against AA or KK they will continue to call and you will get paid. If someone have AQ or Qrag for a full house, so be it.I assume you won!?!? :club:

Looking at the pay in ratio form for preflop calls is misleading. If you could rip out your ethernet cable and use a disconnect protect i'd consider calling; but there are more important things to consider than preflop equity. You're (partially) out of position with a hand that is almost always going to be dominated; and you're usually going to have to pay people off when you make a second best hand. This is a fold preflop, unless both the 3bettor and the capper are maniacs.
