joeltebbutt 0
In my local holdem tourney i'm dealt a-5 suited so i check it. Flop comes down a-5-8 rainbow. I'm 2nd in chips and lead out to find where I am there are two players behind me one of them is the chip leader. The chip leader calls the other player folds. The turns an ace so I lead out again he reraises me all in i call and he turns over a-8 river comes a blank and i'm out is there any way I could of got off this hand. renaedawn 1
I agree. I mean, you flopped 2 pair and turned the full house. I'd have went broke there, too. But, I'm betting you already suspected that.
bmcarter 0
There is no way you could have gotten away from that hand, you just got unlucky.
joeltebbutt 0
Yea I figured there was no way I'm ever getting off of this hand. Thanks for everybodys input anyway.
ofplayer 0
Instead of A5, you have AK. You raise and they move in. Your read is that they are looking for a call. Is it really viable to fold? Aren't a lot of people begging for a call with AQ or AJ too? It's pretty rough when people don't know what they have, especially..
Rock Crawler 0
You've got to make that call..and go broke. He has to specifically have A8 to beat you. Hard to put him on that hand and that hand only as there are several other hands he could have had in which you would have won. Just bad timing on this one.

akoff 0
I would be calling it all day everyday.
TruePoker 1
I would have made a great read and folded. Seriously though...To bet all in he coulda been holding 88, 55 so you woulda been ahead, it was just unlucky. He could even had AK but less chance of that. At the end of the day he did have the best hand all way so it doesn't really matter.
