anyone else??? playing the midnight madness and disconnected..

I'm having problems, i.e. full tilt just closed for no reason, but my internet also has a virus right now that is flooding the servers and so I thought it was on my end(I share an internet with like 40 other people, can't locate the infected computer yet).Edit: I also lose connection a lot, but like I said, I think it's more on my end.

I have been getting disconnected alot lately with them, usually comes right back up before I miss a hand but really annoying, at least once every 10-15 minutes.Any suggestions on what I should do to check things out on my end?Thanks for the help!!!

My laptop can't connect to Fulltilt server although my desktop can while i use the same modem and same connection for both computers. I e-mailed FTP and got a totally useless reply. Then i emailed them again twice and still no reply.2 days ago when i was tipsy i emailed stars about my Fulltilt connection problems , stars support first told me to contact FTP support to get better help about the subject THEN THEY SENT ME A DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO FIX THIS PROBLEM. I TOLD THEM I EMAILED FTP BUT THEY HAVEN'T REPLIED YET AND THIS IS THE REPLY FROM STARS :You may wish tocontact Full Tilt Support for more information. While waiting for them toreply, you can play on our site. Who knows, you might not need the answeranymore :PHe actually put a tongue face there. I am in love with stars support.Now back to the topic , does anyone know why i can't connect to FTP server from my laptop? I can't even view the FTP website. It either times out or says "done" on a blank page.
