Then, as the tourney starts, my computer 'blips' and goes dead. I fire it back up, and the mouse (fcp track mouse, that is ) isn't working, so I try to adjust the connection and "blip", it goes out again. Another try, same result. So I give up on the mouse and play using the laptop mouse thingy.I get no real hands, and after about 30 minutes, I notice that I'm on battery power. The AC adapter in my car obviously isn't working, and I calculate I've got about 5 minutes left max. A few hands later, I flop a double gut. The computer starts to beep, warning me of the iminent power outage. I call the hand down to no avail, and lose when I value-bet-bluff the river. Now, I know I'm doomed with 270 chips, so I try to push with 10 7 off, but accidentally leave 10 chips. Luckily, the power lasts until the flop, where I push, but lose the hand. Then, within 30 seconds, the computer loses all power.All of this at 70mph. I get to work early, so I plug it back in, and the adapter and mouse work fine.At least I picked up my 20 points or so.
