A few years ago I worked with a guy that grew up in Vegas.He told me a story about a lady playing the mega millions slot using dollar coins. She was putting one dollar in at the time instead of the max 3 coins. Anywho, he was walking by the slot and heard her scream, he looked over and saw her jumping up and down seeing that she won something like 80K. Her husband ran up and after it sunk in that she would have won millions if she played $3, he punched her in the face............more than once. Glass half empty anyone?I didn't believe it then and it sounds even more improbable now, but that right there would be a bad beat.get it?beat!

Pretty weak BBJP if all you have to get cracked is AAAJJ, I'm amazed the pot got up as high as it was. Most places you have to get at least quad 8's cracked.

Even if we got hu..it's bragging rights, the money is all going in the same pocket (mine) anyway so it doesn't really pay to soft play him.

At the casino I work at its AAAJJ beaten by Quads or or better AND both players hole cards must play. The pot caps at 20k so we have 3 capped at 20 and #4 is gettin close.

If the house pays, the BB usually goes up to TTTT or better getting beat to qualify. (See Venetian)If the players get raked, then it's usually some kind of aces full beaten by quads or better. (See many other examples)Oh, and DEFINITELY "soft collusion." Which is idiotic with another player in.

I heard a different version of the same story ... actually think I read it on this forum.Guy was playing 3 coins at a time, got up to take a piss and told his wife to sit there and not touch anything.She decided to play 1 coin....... and spun the nuts.... would have been a few mil, but instead a few thousand.He beat her senseless and security had to pull him off of her.This version seems more believable.
