  1. I ended up folding because I felt like my ace outs weren't certain and it was a fairly marginal situation. I just think that sometimes in these situations I'm looking for too much of an edge to advocate calling and lose out on opportunities for doubling up when I'm ahead. Probably will post a few other hands as they come up in the coming week. Thanks for all the replies.
  2. I guess someone can check my math because I did this roughly in my head at the time:2000 to call 2600 in pot. about 1 to 1.3ace high 3 outs twice, fd ~8 outs twice. so about 22:25. Meaning I have the PO to call assuming he doesn't have an ace in his hand, and he isn't holding 2p or a striaght. And then I get additional percentage if hes on a complete bluff/draw. Did I miss something? (I don't really use pot odds too much in detail other than just rough calculations/rough icm, but am trying to incorporate it more in my game just for practice)

  9. I'm only asking because a reraise on the bubble in a situation like that.. its most likely a premium hand. He had QQ btw, but I was genuinely worried about AA. Just confirming that its correct to call.

Top 7 pay. I have a LAG image and am CL. I think I raised 3 of the past 7 hands pf, and went all in twice on the flop (never called). 14. Maybe the fact that 8 people folded before the SB results in more Q's, K's, A's being left in the deck theorhetically, and therefore Q7o is an average hand in this scenario? I don't know lol

  16. You're right. I knew that sounded wrong after I posted it but didn't bother re-thinking it.
  17. I would raise to about 900 - 1k preflop. I don't think calling is horrible either. As played, fold the flop. There's too much that beats you, and its possible the 3 jacks aren't good outs either.
  18. Sorry should have mentioned this in OP. Standard /45 sitngo at PS. Top 7 pay, but its fairly top heavy.

  20. Btw raise more on the flop. Flush draws are priced in to call with a bet of 200. A pot sized bet might be safer.

  23. You have to lead out: If you bet out 800 your not pot committed; if he comes over the top then you have to decide how likely his range includes an ace, and fold/call accordingly. If he calls, I push the turn no matter comes up.
