It is hilarious to watch all the anti-leaf armchair GMs ramble on and on about how the Leafs have no defense and that they can't pay half their cap to 4 players and they are going to have to lose one of the big 3 and blah blah blah. agree with this, but if I'm Lebron, I'd rather see them in the final every year than the 2nd or 3rd round. And any eastern team that Lebron joins is pretty much a lock to go to the finals.

I don't know why he would want to go to the western conference. Lakers with Lebron are still probably not as good as the Warriors or the Rockets.

You guys are forgetting that we don't have a dummy running the organization anymore. If Tavares signs, Nylander will stay, and we'll roll out one of best forward groups in the league and figure it out/find value on Defense. This notion that we need to trade Nylander for a D man is absurd.
