Aside from the Walking Dead I pretty much don't watch a good TV show regularly. So I tend to queue up ones with multiple seasons and watch them straight through when I can. The last couple shows I watched fully that I really enjoyed were Breaking Bad & Prison Break and I've seen all of Walking Dead up to the latest ep. So I thought I'd poll the audience of ones I'm considering giving a whirl. If you have a better suggestion let me know. Thanks

Finally wrapped up the finale. What a series, I really wasn't hooked right away until later in the first season but I enjoyed the ride. I loved the character development, Walter White spiraling in to a cook addict while Jesse slowly matured and his character moved in the opposite direction. The finale for me seemed all too perfect for Walter White. I really wish Jesse broke free on his own, but whatever. I'd put Jesse right up there with T-bag from prison break as my favourite characters on TV.

The Shining

The most promising thing so far was hearing "sanctuary survive" (something to that effect) on the radio. Time to ditch the boring prison.

It's a shame that none of Hanks earlier movies are out on bluray, at least none that I'm aware of. They should be selling them in packages of 2 by now.

I just read the first book of Monument 14 and I liked it a lot. Its about a bunch of kids in different grades on a school bus that gets caught in a massive hail storm that crashes in to a retail superstore. They essentially take refuge in the store, locking themselve in and then a massive chemical explosion or leak happens that contaminates the outside air. Depending on your blood type, you either become become psycho and want to attack everyone (think 28 days later style) or your skins blisters and then you die, otherwise you're immune. I wouldn't worry about spoiling it... you sort of have to assume, that by jumping in to a thread with 840 posts about 1 show that everything within it is reviews, recaps or jokes about each episode, each season, etc. I was viewing this at my own risk.

I'm late to join the party as usual but I just started watching breaking bad, I'm on season 2 ep. 3. Its pretty addictive.

Elysium Not to much to say here. There are less holes in swiss cheese than this ridiculous story, but the visuals were pure eye candy.

I don't why the walkers started just falling through the roof at complete randomness, but raining zombies is pretty flippin awesome & hilarious. I really liked the episode, maybe could have had a 5-10 minute intro to the new life at prison and the characters but otherwise it was nice to hear characters actually talk and have personality. Why is it bad for Carol to teach kids how to kill zombies with knives?... zomg she didn't get approval? meh

To each their own obviously. I just don't like watching obnoxious douchebags on screen.

This is the end It was a good laugh. I really enjoy apocalyptic movies and the guys did a good job with it. Would have been better without Danny McBride though, he had too much screen time. Hell (2011 French movie) Another apocalyptic one. In a lot of ways it resembled The Road (which I love). The ending sort of seemed cut short but it worked.

Yea I was saying that to my wife at the beginning. It's just such a terrible move, they risk losing a top personality for ratings right off the bat and it's completely unfair to the players. Amazing Race did it a few years ago as well and I just thought it was classless.

Agreed, though the problem is if she was that fit she shouldn't have been doing challenges. People don't have much to go by in the first few days, the swimmers did their job handedly.
