Well first off, what's your definition of marginal? Mine is there's a good chance you're behind, and in this case, it's not like the limper can hold a lot of hands that crush AQcc. Is it possible he's limping with AA-QQ or AK, yes, but it's very doubtful given the situation and his stack size + blinds. Good chance he has a pp you're racing with or some 60/40 situation? Yes. Pretty decent chance you may have him crushed with him limping with QJ or Ax under Q? Yes.

AQcc isn't really marginal in "this situation" with one limper in the pot, imo
