  1. Great post and wholeheartedly agree with your sentiments. A nice interview immediately post-bust too on cardplayer: http://www.cardplayer.com/multimedia/videos/id/19160
  2. OMG..my second man is gone!!!Now it is up to Daniel with his short stack and 10 7 offsuit all ins.Anyway..congratulations Joe. You have done very well to go so deep and Australia is proud of you.
  3. Wrong Nobles.6Dmitri Nobles930,000Up $49,000He was down to 300 000 at once stage but made a massive hand.
  4. Guess the M is not good now! M = time for a miracle.
  5. Yeah..everyone do that and Cardplayer will be so overloaded that noone will get any updates.
  6. Players seem to be busting at an incredible rate. With plenty of Day 4 to go, are there enough players to fill 5 further days of poker?
  7. For newbies like me, can you explain what M is? I take it that it relates to the ratio of current bankroll compared to the BB amount.
  8. Don't forget that Joe was on 2 final tables during this WSOP (2nd and 4th), and also had a 15th. Not bad!
  9. Sorry..cardplayer is definitely faster.
  10. Great pics and thank you so much for sharing.Btw..is that Hoyt Corkins at the table behind in the last photo?
  11. Its been a rollercoaster ride of a day. But well done Daniel, and good luck tomorrow. And good to see Hachem made a late comeback as well. Go Aussie.
  12. Negreanu Defends BlindsA player from the button raises to $9,000. Daniel Negreanu tells the player he thinks he knows what he has. He then tells the dealer he's going all in. Negreanu's opponent thinks for awhile before mucking. Negreanu is back at $55,000.
  13. The list on Cardplayer doesn't list all active players, so he was no where near 4th last... Anyway, he is back in it now $56 000.
  14. A few comments:1. Go Daniel...I am certainly behind you. I am an Aussie and I notice Joe Hachem is still doing well...but I would prefer DN to win.2. Clearly the secret to DNs success is his preparation. A 21 hour poker session losing over a million less than 48 hours before the start to the main event.3. I just noticed the payout structure..OMG. The winner get $12 million. I find it incredulous that the winner of this event gets more than 50% more than the highest total tournament winnings..which is currently Hachem at $7,985,208 with Daniel not far behind.4. I notice Ted Forrest is right up
  15. Finishing the day at $78 500..DN is right up there.... we are right behind you!!
  16. This is just a thought and you are welcome to shoot it down in flames. I am enjoying the video blogs immensely, even more than I thought I would. And it seems that many others feel this way. The 'drunk' video blog was just fantastic, so I was wondering if there is a way to have a built in rating system so people can score each blog? Just a bit of fun, and I am sure Daniel wouldn't mind getting some feedback this way. And Daniel, I reiterate what some other people have said. You should definitely continue doing the video blogs after WSOP! If anything they probably take less of your time than t
  17. Shite.Well, my question still stands...why not play tight until the final table? But I haven't played and won as many tourneys as DN.Go Aussie, Go.
  18. 1Daniel Negreanu$475,0002Russ 'Dutch' Boyd$320,000So, excuse my ignorance, but with this handy chip lead, wouldnt the plan be to tighten up until at least the final table??? Or is that not DN's style, lol.
  19. Daniel Negreanu Doubles Through Dutch BoydDaniel Negreanu is once again all-in with 6heart6diamond against Dutch Boyd's 9diamond5heart. The board comes Kdiamond6club5diamondJclub10spade and Negreanu doubles up to $215,000.this rollercoaster is making me dizzy
  20. Gioi Luong Doubles UpDaniel Negreanu and Gioi Luong get it all-in preflop. Negreanu shows KspadeKclub but he is behind to Luong's AspadeAheart. The board comes 10club4club2heart8diamondQspade, and Luong doubles up to $105,000. Negreanu is knocked down to $265,000 after doubling up two opponents.
