Not only is he a jackass but he's also a regular. Word can spread very quickly about a guy like that in a casino. I see guys around town that I play with at my B+M all the time. Stories get swaped and its easy to get labeled for things like that. Bad Karma.

Jamie Gold can talk his way out of anything, which includes winning a pot with A.C. calling him with Ace high because he wouldn't shut up.

Some guy sat at my 1-2 table at MGM last time I was out there. He was dressed in a very nice shirt and tie with a sport jacket, at least looking like he had money. Bought in for the $200 max they had at the time and kept missing all his straight and flush draws, allowing him to go through $1000 worth of rebuys. As the last draw didn't hit for him after calling another all-in, they other player looked at him and said, "those who chase straights and flushes come in limos and leave in buses." Our table laughed at his comment and continued on with the game. The guy got up and left.

I believe during the FDWPC at Bellagio they had a $500,000 min buy-in. The poker room was crazy with side games and all tables were full. Someone (fish) had $100,000 and wanted to sit in, but was denied. I was standing by the check-in and they guy sounded quite upset about it. I guess the big game wanted even more rich fish to sit in the game. On the other hand, they don't want someone to double up and split right? Sounds interesting and hope to hear some truth to DB's rumor soon.

Biggest Stack Youve Ever Seen/had At A Cash Table
starfit replied to Jam-Fly's topic in General Poker Forum
Anyway, my contribution would be an overall largeness of a game. I played in a 2/5 game at the monte carlo last week that started as a 1/2 before I got there. By the time I sat down, there was about 10k on the table w/ 3 stacks of 3k or better. By the time the game borke, there was about 15k on the table w/ 2 stacks pushing 5k.That same game back in May was a $200 max buy in when I was there. WTF? What was the min/max buy in if any? -
I see no problem with allowing deals. I know Daniel wrote that he doesn't take them (please dont make me dig) and that is completely up to him. Personally I feel deals should be allowed (not encouraged) because the money that's up for grabs is from the players' buy-ins. Until the sponsors put up the prize money, its all up to the players.

Sure, then he does his live straddle and can't seem to place the chips in front of him. He must flick them forward, thus making the chips roll across the ENTIRE table and onto the floor. OH MY GOSH THERE IS NOTHING WORSE THAN PEOPLE THAT CAN'T PUT CHIPS IN THE POT CORRECTLY. I hope I made my point clear, but I've had to take a break from the game because multiple people are doing it. That is my ultimate pet peeve!

When someone feels the need to deal out the flop, turn and river ahead of time (at my homegame), I simply muck my cards at the face down board, scattering the board out of order. Dealer then looks at all the cards and gives them to me, asking if I could get my two cards out of there. I simply tell him that I don't remember and all hell breaks loose. Of course, everyone gets the point, and the dealer will give me a dirty look for the remainder of the night when its his turn again.

Huck's description of Razz during last years WSOP is fantastic. I think Daniel made note of it some time ago. Main Event and 2-time Razz winner. I hope his best is yet to come. I've always seen him cool, calm and collected.Anyone see him play the $100-$200 on FT?

I'll be in Vegas from May 7-11. Are there any Razz games that are not $400-$800 at Bellagio?
