need help with my home game....

Recommended Posts

I'm doing so fine in internet play, but I really suck in home games... Seems like I'm not agressive enough, just waiting too much and then getting blinded... I'm used to play ring games online so tournament style home games is the complete opposite and I just don't seem to be able to adjust my game... any recommendation for home games...Thanks everybody

That's such a vague question, it shouldn't matter where you're playing, you need to adjust to the game... if you think you are playing too tight/passive at your home game, then obviously get more aggressive. Lead every pot that you are in, take control. The house games I've been to really vary, you just find such a broad range of players in house games and in general people are more relaxed and a little looser. in a loose game you can afford to loosen up yourself, but when you hit, take control of the hand.
