singletable1.jpgI have been playing one table of 6 max while watching TV in the evening, maybe 2 hours or so a night. Most of the time in the past I have been multi tabling at least 4 tables. I think it really messed up my play, I was playing way to robotic, and just playing my cards. I have once again realized that I am missing a ton of small pots that nobody wants. I mean it isn't like the players at 25NL are all the weak players are really weak and all the donkey players are really big donkeys.Anywho this is all probably just because I am running good, but we will see.

Leaving for TS tomorrow morning, picking up Teddy on the way, then focusing solely on poker for about 10 days.
Good luck and bring back some good/happy stories :club:

Very nice graph. I am the same way: in NLHE, I can handle 2 tables without any significant loss of BB/100 per table, but 3 or more and I notice a *significant* drop in BB/100 profit on each table.PLO is even worse: looking back over my session histories, *nearly* all my losing sessions were during periods where I was 2-tabling (or occasionally 3-tabling). I am sticking to a single table of PLO for now, while I feel that I am still learning the intricacies of the game.

GL zimmer at the TS. Unfortunately I can't make it there as I have completely failed to do anything about renting a car (my parents wont let me drive theirs.)Today, I played for more than usual (it's sad...1080 hands). I booked a +2BI day ($850ish) after almost 4 hours of play. All my sessions today were really short. I 3 tabled for 25 min and then stopped...and did that several times as I couldn't make myself play longer sessions and i also had stuff to do.Pretty pleased with that. Up almost 3.5k on the month so far :)going to browse the forum a bit, wait for my bro to get home from his g/f's so we can smoke a joint and watch a movie... then sleep. btw, GL to anyone who's heading to the turning stone..i wish i coulda made it :club: I guess i'll have to wait a little longer to break my live poker virginity.

I call pf also. On the turn, guy bets, and another guy raises. You should fold right there. By just calling, you open yourself up to exactly what happened, where someone else still can shove even more on you and then you're really screwed.Mark
On the turn, pot is $25, someone bet 5 and someone raised to 14. Fold if you don't like money I guess

Now I finally understand your preflop raise here. The converter didn't say that this was PLO H/L, so I thought that was a strange hand to raise in PLO (Hi only)

So I played tonight...only my 3rd session since starting my break from poker since the end of the WSOP. And yes folks....the sickest run of bad beats in my entire life just keep coming. They just....won't...STOP! I can not win to save my ass. I am convinced that this is in actuality a religious experience, that God is telling me to knock it the ****off already and just quit poker forever. I really have no words left to say just how bad I am running. I am totally poker broke. TOTALLY. Tonight I dropped my last 1400...and I really don't****ing care anymore. The first 3 buy ins were gone in less than one hour. Here are those hands.... On the button with $350 I get 6c-8c.MP2 raises to $25...I call.flop is 4h-5d-7s. MP2 bets $50. I re-raise $150 to $200 . He reraises back and I turbo shove ala Phil H.I show my straight and he shows pocket Kings. Exactly what I thought he had, woot!turn...5. River.....K. ARE YOUFUGGIN KIDDING ME/?????Hand 2, about 10 minutes later. Again on the button, I get Kd-Qd.SB bets out $20. I call. Flop is 10d-9d-5d.SB bets $60. I reraise $150, blah blah blah, all in.Turn, 9s, river brick, he has 9-10 and boats my stack.3rd hand..........oh forget it! Suffice it to say that thishit went on all night. Yada yadda, know one cares. Too bad. Always in with the best of it and screwed in the end. Makes ya just not wanna play.Anyway, thanks for the crying towel. Run good you donkeys. :club:

Nutz,Is this the 5-150 SLHE game @ Casino AZ? Also, buy some Mark-run-good-juice and profit.Sorry about the cards spitting on your correct decision making. So a no-go for you on the CAZ/Phoenix meet up?

Not entirely sure I agree with this. I would fold if the limpers didnt call, but now im getting good odds to call and see a flop. Also, you might fold the flop; but I only know one other person who would, and that's JFarrell. By the turn I've got TP and the nut flush draw, so that's where I was stuck..
seriously, gabe is right, it's not close. open fold preflop. when it's raised, well then you can go ahead and fold.when it's 2 bets to you on the turn any action but an insta-fold is a huge leak. huge.goodluck.

If we're still talking about that A5s hand, I call pf there all day long. There are like 30 people in the pot for 5bbs right???I fold the turn too, although I didn't notice pot size. As Jeet pointed out, you're getting over 3-1 when you call the turn raise so I guess you could call. But given the reverse implied odds when you make your flush vs a boat, the fact that it will be hard to really get paid off on a flush, and the fact that you can call there and there are still about 5 people left who can raise again makes that a pretty bad situation for you I think.Mark
