They refunded my account but not my girlfriend's since mine was the first created from the computer. They verified from their chat transcripts that their customer service agent told me that both of us could take advantage of the bonus from same IP addres and then said that they still can't refund the money because it's against their policy. I was like "wtf, your guy told me it wasn't and it's not my fault he lied, that's yours" and they just said, "i'm sorry sir we can't do anything for you". So now I'm filing a complaing with the gaming comission that licenses them, I suggest Rwood do the same. Link to post Share on other sites
