Fencer04 0
I was wondering if anyone on here knows of a Casino in Atlantic City offers sit and go's. My GF loves to play but doesn't want to play in cash games and I think that if I could find a casino that offers these it would make for a great trip. Thanks guys.

7s7c 0
Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe last time at the Taj it was a winner take all scenario for the SNG's ( I believe one player remarked to me he finished 2nd and when I asked him if they made a deal he said he couldn't because of the chip disparity HU)...A year or so ago I think they were paying top 2. I know the Wild West Casino has them (and only SNG's) as well in their pseudo-room. Not sure about the logistics of them though.
supertouch 0
harrah's has them, top 2 pay.borgata does too, but i'm not sure if they run them on the weekend.
SBriand 4
Borgata: $75 and $140 SNGs Top 2 pay Sun-ThursTaj- no listing of SNGs on siteHarrahs- $75, $115, and, $220 SNGs Daily
Mockerman 0
I have played Taj Sit'n'Gos and know that Borgata has them too. The structure on the Taj one is TERRIBLE though. I believe the above posts are accuarate - Borgata pays top 2 but none on the weekends (maybe only not on Saturday) and Taj pays winner. The reason I say the Taj is terrible is, as you would expect with a SNG, especially live, the structure sucks. I think its 800 chips and 10 minute or 8 minute blinds. Yech!Anyway, it's definitely a way to keep the cost down and still play a little poker.

dcMirage 0
Since I've been playing a lot more in AC this year, and as late as last week, I've noticed rapid changes in games and opportunities at the Casinos. The Tropicana will start hawking SnGs daily starting at around 11:00am. They have been in the $125/$135 range and will continue through the evening. It would satisfy your GF's play and you can be assured of catching a pretty interesting game yourself. A good rock, regular, and wannabe mix will keep you on your toes in a L, N/L, Omaha, and Stud game of your choosing. I've been lucky and walked out in the black after at least 7 rounds there this year. Oh, and you have Red Square, (the same as at Mandalay Bay except a bit smaller.) Cuba Libre, and Camine's (the same famous NY Italian joint) in The Quarter there as well as Hooter's by the boardwalk if you want to chill out afterwards. Renovations have been completed in the North Tower and they are continuing throughout the resort. Ask for that tower and you will get a good rate for a great room. Good Luck! TheRazor 0
For those that want to play SNGs in AC, you are better off taking your $100 and playing in one of the weekend tournies. Structure isn't the greatest but you start with T$5K.Roughly 100 to 175 players. Takes about 6-8 hours to get to the final table. First is usually between $3,500 and $7,000 (at the Taj anyway).More bang for your buck than the SNGs.Hope that helps.
