Petoria 0
I hear that you should have 150 buy-ins before you move up a level. I may be wrong though. I seem to get by with 100 or even 60, but if you want to play by the book. 150 buy-ins is what it says.

Vorkasigan 0
I usually play the $10 and $20 Sit&Go. Everytime i cash out i leave about 100-200. That's always been enough for me. I've playing for an year now. I never have to redeposite once. I had one close call with $100 bank roll. Depends how good you are at Sit&Go. I guess for me $200 is more than enough. sloshr 0
You seem to get by with 100 buy-ins? That means you need 3300 to play a 30+3? If you ever fail to get in the top 3 in a SNG 99 times in a row, give up the game. 10 buy-ins should be plenty if you are a winning player. If you are a bad player just playing for entertainment, 25 should keep you going for a while.
Vorkasigan 0
I mean $100-$200. not 100 or 200 buy in. have 20 buyin just to be safe.
Filesharer 0
Your minimum should be 30, I go for 50. Regarding the above replys, it doesn't matter how good you are, short term variance determines that 20 buy-ins is nowhere near enough. 10 is just ridiculous

I know some very good SnG players who have had 8-10 SnG losing streaks multiple times. At least 20, and more likely 30 buyins is more likely a good amount (for a minimum). But I mean it doesn't really matter if you have another 10-20 buyins to redeposit on the spur of the moment. I'm talking if this is your whole bankroll for poker and you don't have an easy way to put more money in.Or if you're talking 200 or higher buyin SnGs (for most people). Most people don't just have an extra 2-4k sitting around for if they have a bad streak while playing 200+15 SnGs with their 2k roll.

Vorkasigan 0
Nah, 20 is more than enough. After playing for an year. I had my losing streaks. But even i don't finish as first. I can often make into the money. If you are a good player, 20 is more than enough.
