WillMagic 0
You will thank me for this:www.rottentomatoes.comIt's a site that surveys all the reviews of a film, and then gives you the percentage of favorable versus unfavorable reviews. You'll never have to see a clunker again, if you just check this site beforehand. One critic can get it wrong. 200 together won't. Don't you think your time is valuable enough not to waste it watching a crappy movie like King Arthur? And on a final note, if there's one film you should see this year, it's Million Dollar Baby. Will
53o 0
I love that site. It usually dictates whether or not I see a new movie in the theater or wait until it comes out on video.. or even at all!
Griff 0
I have 5 categories for movies that I see:1 - See it the day it comes out in theaters.2- Try to see it while it still in theaters.3- Wait until it's at the dollar theater.4- Wait until it's at blockbuster.5- It's on cable, your on the couch sick with the flu but can't sleep, the remote is across the room so you have to watch it. WillMagic 0
You forgot:6. You are sick with the flu on the couch and you can't reach the remote, but you pierce your eyes out with a knife because that is less painful than watching the movie.Granted, this rating doesn't come up often...the only movie I can really think of was Freddy Got Fingered. JFarrell20 1
haha. What about "My Giant"?That mid-90's movie with Billy Crystal and Georges Muresan the basketball player. My dad said "If that movie had 1 hour of the best porn ever filmed in the middle of it, I still wouldn't watch it." LOL.
JFarrell20 1
I hate watching new movies. I only watch movies I've already seen. lol. My gf doesn't understand this. For instance, I've seen Joe Dirt about 25 times. Meet the Parents (the original! Not that crappy thing they tried to pawn off on me this summer. All of a sudden Dustin Hoffman and Barbara Streisand are involved??? Mr. & Mrs. King Jew get their choice of a sequel to a successful movie that they had no involvement with on the original? I think not.) about 25 times, as well.Other classic comedies... Slapshot, Office Space, Raising Arizona, Mallrats, the list goes on.
