Who is this guy? 32 years old and he's a rookie on the St. Louis blue line? He's got 3 points in 3 games and is obviously playing the power play as all of his points are on the PP.I've never heard of him before, does anyone have any information on him at all?

I have no clue who he is, but the Blues are getting offense from the strangest of places. I don't think he'll keep the pace (obviously) but I do think you will see some other surprises from the Blues. Hint: Starts with a C, hard to pronounce, ends with a K.

Cajanek is too inconsistent.

What are you basing this on? Last year he got hurt to start the season and never really got back to full health. The year before, he did pretty well for his first ever in the NHL. I would guess he's going to put up at least 50-60 points this season.

cajanek was also the at the time the only member of the czech 2002 olympic team not playing in the nhl. so he has some talent. very good defensively.

I'm basing it on his inconsistency.Notice the three seperate stretches of 11, 14 & 8 games where he went without a point!

He was beat up to start off the season and never really had a chance to get back in the swing of things. We'll see what happens this season, but I really wouldn't put that much weight on what he did while he was recovering from injury and such. I think if he stays healthy, he'll put up some nice numbers. I could be wrong.

Roach has always played overseas... if the name seems vaguely familiar to anyone, it's because he was a "shootout specialist" in the 2004 World Championships, helping the US to a bronze... he scored on pretty much every shootout attempt he had. I don't remember specific details, but... that's who he is. Hockeydb.com if you wanna check out his overseas stats.

He's played in Germany the last few years, the Blues signed up after the World Cup (I think?) where he helped Team USA win the bronze in a shootout. He's not the greatest defensively, pretty much an offense-minded dman and shootout specialist (if the Blues can learn to play D as a team and stop hanging Lalime out to dry).
