I agree with OP. Obviously it wouldn't be as interesting to the fish, but watching the hands without knowing the cards (or just seeing one person's cards) would be a much better learning tool for people trying to take their game to the next level. As long as you can see the cards afterwards and go back over the hand.

I think it is a great idea also. But it will never fly. Just look at the response at this (a POKER) forum.As long as we get to see the cards at the end and see what everyone had, it would be fun to "feel" the pressure of the players.
