what does a/b/c after x hands mean?

I'v been reading a lot of posts about LHE hands that start with the poster saying UTG or BB or MP+1 is a/b/c after x hands. (20/2/2 after 60 hands, for example) Can anyone please explain to me what each of these numbers mean? Is it a stat from poker tracker?
