dmoneypoker 0 Posted June 10, 2005 Share Posted June 10, 2005 OK for the past 6 weeks i have made over 800$$ playing 1 2 nl on pokerstars 4 tables at once for about 25 to 30 a week are these results noramally at this leve l.....is it crazy to think i can maintain this..What are ur thoughtsdude i make like $800 during my average 8-12 hour 1/2 NL session at the trop (actually closer to about $650 a session). my advice to you is quit 4-tabling and focus more on 1 or 2 tables, i bet you your win rate goes up.30 hrs a week 4 tabling is really like 120 hours of poker, over 6 weeks thats 720 hours, and you've won $800. in 1/2 NL that is not even 1/bb/hr and is barely a dollar an hour. you can do better, just keep playing hard.do you mean $8,000? if so then that's not bad at all and totally possible to maintain if you keep playing the way you are now.. pokepoke1967 0 Posted June 10, 2005 Share Posted June 10, 2005 600 or 700 some hours and you win $800.....of course you can keep this up, but the limit specialists make more than that w/ $1/$2 blinds without having a big chunk of their roll at risk for any given hand like can happen in nl where you can move in as a big favorite and of course still lose. I don't know what the standard is for that limit. I'm still stuck at 100NL, occasionally dropping to 50NL after a big tilt. I five table from mon-fri about 2500 hands a day and at the 100NL I try to shoot for somewhere around 3-400 a session. Basically a double up at each table.I think it would be better to know how many hands you play a session or week to know about if you are on track with making a good amount.I'm probably not even close with making 300 a session at 100NL, but I have only been doing this since february, one of those silly full time bums, but I don't talk about going pro, I've been content grinding out 300 a week at 25NL when i first started in feb.GL at the tables, hopefully I'll see you at 1/2 soon...
