Vandees 0 Posted October 31, 2009 Share Posted October 31, 2009 I play the satellites every time it comes to the Meskwaki casino in Iowa. Its fun, the sattys are fast, but predictable. Solid play will net you a seat in a big satty if luck doesn't kick your ass.I've done this the last 3 times, played a super sat every time with only 2 small sattys per time, and made the main event once. FARGOpokerND 22 Posted October 31, 2009 Share Posted October 31, 2009 Lame...had a decent turnout for the 7pm satty...175 ppl (35 seats)I chipped down to 8k (10k stacks) and shoved 66 at 300/600 over an internet kids raise. He had AQ and I held. I then stole a few blinds...got to 25k at 400/800/100 with average stack at ~16k and got 22k of it in middle with TT vs AKcc and flop was Ax5c2c so I had one out.
