Chet Chetterson 0
How many sets of chips are used during the WSOP? I would assume that each different tournament will have different color combinations so you can't transfer chips from one event to another.

Jariso13 1
the real question is...when they clean them up...do they stack all of the colors together in the case or do they just randomly throw them in there and sort them b4 the next tourney....

ben4808 0
I've only seen 2 color combinations yet, the light chips used in like DN's final tables and the darker ones used in the NLHE events and the ME last year.
slink 1
Don't want to hijack (but also don't want tostart another thread) but, I played a tourney at the Sahara and couldn't believe how dirty the chips were. Is this the way it is at most casinos? I thought that at least they could run them through the dishwasher.

I'm going to vegas late August and was looking for good tourneys with cheap buy ins. I hear you start with 6k in chips which seems pretty good.

The chips have so much crap on them if u squeeze a group of them together they will all stick together. Some of the chips have turned from red to almost just brown.

aucu 3
Some chips are so gross that you can pick up a stack of 10 or 20 by just grabbing the top chip.

In this case we were finding 1995s.
