robinho1873 0
I'm very much a small ball cash table player and I play the odd deep-stack tourney at my local casino however, said casino has introduced alot of re-buy tourneys that have very fast structures (45 minute blind levels) and i like to start playing in them. Blinds start at 25/50 with 1500 in starting chips with re-buys and add ons until 90 minutes in when they stop. Keeping in mind that im a fairly decent poker player with a good grasp of the game and that I genrally play cash games or deep stack tourneys, whats the best strategies for making these general ''shove-fests'' profitable? Thanks guys

Any live tourney player outside of the pros would love a structure with 45 minute levels. Few tournaments go slower than 20-30.Granted, in this case the blinds start relatively thin and it's a rebuy, but still.

My local casino just started up tournies again. 2000 starting stack, blinds 25/50, and double every 20 minutes. Entrants capped at 60 players and the whole tourney is over in less than 4 hours. I'd try squeezing limpers more. In these fast(er) structures, most players don't have a good grasp of stack size to blind size and will continually limp. check/raising all in's on dry boards to obvious c-bets might work more as well. I'll take the above advice of running good too......please
