Hmmmm. I would just raise the flop and probably call down if 3 bet from there. As played I think I call down, and expect to lose most of the time.

what happened to you here is exactly why you raise the flop in situations like this. you put yourself in a situation to lose the maximum and win the minimum. against some players i might only bet/call the flop and call down from there.
