Cadam11 0
taken from two plus two Thank you for contacting Bodog Customer Service. The recently released article on Forbes.com includes several misimpression that the Morris Mohawk Gaming Group feels compelled to clarify. All deposit and withdrawals are processed by a third party payment processor, not by individual operators. In the US, these payment processors are subject to regulatory limitations and, sometimes, to legal action. There were two cases that the article speaks to, but it does not portray them accurately which has created a false impression:The first case relates to a payment processor called JBL. This case has absolutely nothing to do with processing delays currently being experienced in the US. It is important to note that when this processor was disrupted, not one single player failed to get paid. The second case relates to a seizure of funds from a processor called Zip payments, which provided processing to many of the large operators within the US. The article falsely implies that $9.9m of funds seized from Zip payments belonged to Bodog. This is simply false. The Morris Mohawk Gaming Group only uses best-in-class processing partners that have all of the facts and they are not fazed by this or any misleading article. We are always working to find and improve the fastest and most efficient payment methods. Please be assured that your deposits are safe and you will always receive your withdrawals.Should you require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.Best Regards,Customer ServiceBodog Entertainment
