fold here I think. FH or flush look alot more likely than a bluff.the only reason I would be calling is because it's micro stakes and villain might have no idea what he's doing

Bet the turn and get value from a worse Ace/Ten/ Flush draw. Probably call a raise, you are still ahead of a worse ace.Bet/fold the river, you can still get value from a worse ace or ten.I can't imagine one hand we would be ahead of if we called the river other than a really crazy bluff. Looks a lot like back door diamonds or 44.

Pretty much what everyone else said, plus make sure you're raising more preflop w/ 2 limpers behind. General rule I like to use is (4 + #of limpers)x bb raises, but everyone likes their own denomination. Just make sure its enough to get people to fold.
