I play in this free pub poker league and managed to make it to the national finals. I was hopeing that I could get some people advice on how best to handle a steep blind structure. Below is the details.4000 starting stackBlinds increase every 20 minutes.25/5050/100100/200200/400500/1 0001 000/2 0002 000/4 00050 00/10 00010 000/20 000ect ect untill winner.I assume around 180 people will be in it. The pay out structure is such that it should be considered a winner takes all tournament however the players wont make that mental adjustment.

play super super tight. since the chipleaders will have less blinds than normal, a short stack can become the chipleader with only one or two double ups sometimes. so just keep waiting.
