Razz Rules Question

This hand happened in a lowlimit HORSE donkament on Pokerstars, and I thought that was weird. I emailed Pokerstars support, but I don't think the guy who replied really understood my point, he just referred me to the rules of the game on their site (which didn't adress what I was talking about).Anyway it is not a big problem, and maybe it is standard, what do you think?The guy to my right couldn't even pay the complete ante anymore, and he had the high card showing, I had a 3 up card, and I had to pay the bring in. If crmpuff can't pay the bring-in anymore, why do I have to do it, although I have a low card showing - just because I'm the next player in the rotation? Yeah. ;)I said it's not a big problem, but it bugged me. And in the later stages of such a tournament, the bring in can be significant.

coming from playing a ton of stud/razz, i have never once been in a situation where this happened. obviously someone has to pay the bring in, so obviously if the high card can't, the next one to his left has to.
