I posted the results because i thought it's obvious when i put in it the title...but i get ya, i'll refrain in future posts....so this would normally be a fold on the turn after the raise? or would you re-raise/fold?edit **actually a re-raise would be no use since all the money would go in at that point..so fold to the raise?

on the turn, i figure im losing to q/10 (which i thought he might have the most of the hands that's beating me) 22, 33, and 1010 (unlikely due to preflop)...i'm beating any lone q and air....so should i fold here? once the river pairs the 3, i'm now beating q/10, so i think it's irrelevant at that point...but the turn...hmmmm...WE ARE both very deep, which makes me think i should consider folding on the turn or raise/fold...stupid limping players...makes me wonder if the q didnt fall and it was an under card to a q, would it played out the same way...some hands later, no lie, i have 7/6 suite

good to hear you're doing well...i've noticed that at these micro stakes, there's a lot of limping going on with big pp preflop...two hands i ran into qq with turned a q against my kk (which i raised and he didnt even re-raise), and jj which i had 7/6 from the big bb - flop was j 7 6, turn 7...lol...... -

all good advice...thanks...playing micro stakes is a good way to past time... -
i use to do it a lot back in the day in limit...and i occassionally do it when my stack is low (in live) and i'm trying to get more $$ in the pot...but for the most part, i do stay away from it...it screams QQ+ too much sometimes...i recently figured out where the auto top up is on full tilt...
-
my bad...i'm new to posting hands from online.....oh and thanks everyone for replying
-
so i should be 2/3 - 3/4 on flop, and turn...and check fold river? i know, i went a bit crazy on the turn...lol...i was like "don't call mot@#$@"...and when he did, i was like, "oh well, he only got that much left.."..

i know 2/3 is usually best...but i guess i'm experimenting, especially with these micro stakes where it's no big loss to lose $$... -
So nobody ever does the limp reraise? Guess that officially is played out and old school.... Even with a small stack? I appreciate All the replies btw

do you get away from this??? easy shove? call and re-eval turn? bet more flop? Was this dumb? i figured at these stakes, and my stack, even if it's 40bb, it's good enough to shove...Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $0.05 BB (6 handed) - Full-Tilt Hand Converter from HandHistoryConverter.comBB ($2.59)UTG ($1.43)Hero (MP) ($2)CO ($4.74)Button ($1.69)SB ($7.33)Preflop: Hero is MP with Q , A 1 fold, Hero calls $0.05, 1 fold, Button calls $0.05, SB bets $0.35, 1 fold, Hero raises to $2 (All-In)

started playing online again, just for fun really...until i go back to playing 2/5 live (once i have some $$$ - sucks that i'm up for the year but i didnt save my winnings...and bad run has got me good)....anyways, i overbet on the turn, cause i ddint want a spade draw to call...once he called, i figured he probably doesnt have a spade draw (or it's really small spade that may fold river)..river, i just fired cause he didnt have much at that point and i was going to call regardless of his bet..stupid probably, cause any mid spade is going to call...should i just check here?????, let me know wh
-
I guess i should`ve called instead....waste...honestly though, had he not caught the 10, he most likely bets the turn. And folds to my raise...sigh**...but then i push out a hand i`m beating...makes sense...
-
i bet the flop.. and check the turn...nh though
-
it becomes a monster draw on the turn though...nobody likes raising on the turn here? a call? i think i dont gain anything if i do hit if i dont raise on the turn...at least i have a chance of taking it down with a raise on the turn...does anyone agree that villian's call/shove with a/10 was awful?
-
Well, he shoved with A/10....and at first, i was like wtf, how do you call/shove that (in my head).....now i can't figure out who played it worse...river bricked...
-
sorry, 6/8
-
So what did SB have? 6/8 or j/8?

EDIT...I HAD 6/8 DIAMONDS....i put 5/7 by accident earlierThis hand took place a few weeks ago, but i think about it a lot...2/5 live, i'm on the button, h/j raises to $15, i call with 6/8 diamonds. only me and h/j to the flop.History on h/j - loose aggressive. i've seen him try big bluffs and get caught, and show big bluffs when successful in the past. Maybe not the best player to take a flop with 6/8 diamonds, but i do have position.StacksH/j has about $400Hero coversflop ($37)5 7 8, with 1 diamondh/j bets $20hero calls $20turn ($77)10 diamondsh/j bets $60Hero raises to $200H/j shoves

Right Line To Play With Qq?
shynepo3 replied to CorvairShaggy's topic in No Limit Texas Hold'em Cash Games
what do you mean the pencil sharpener? lol, no, i dont need to live off it (i have a job), but i wanted to eventually be like a p/t job...i usually play 2/5 live, and was doing very well until two months ago...now i'm bleeding all my winnings from the first 3 months of the year, and will hit even if things dont change...i find online to be COMPLETELY different, but i do feel if you're a good online player, you'll make more money than playing live...but it's a grind..and playing 10/25 cent will definitely take a LOOONG time to make as much as live 2/5...unless you multi table...thanks for the
