  1. Whats your schedule this week Henry? I'm in Chicago for the week to do some training. We should go get drunk and possibly arrested.
  2. I hear you can get sweatervests 90% off at all stores in Ohio now.
  3. King Robert has two brothers, Stannis is the older one and hasn't been seen this season. Renly is the younger brother who has been around since the story shifted to Kings landing and is in a relationship with Loras Tyrell (the Knight of Flowers). Since none of Robert's kids are legitimate, they are not rightful heirs which is why when Ned was taking down the kings last commands he put in "rightful heir" instead of Joffery. However, Ned sucks at the game of thrones. Renly was smart leaving King's Landing, he knew what was about to happen.Charles Dance as Tywin was great.
  4. Wouldn't go that far. He has played lock down defense and rebounded really well since game 1. He also just seems really comfortable deferring on offense right now, maybe a bit too much. His jumper hasn't been there so he isn't forcing them though, so at least he isn't hurting them with many bad shots.MVP had basically 3 shots to win the game in regulation if you count the FT line and he missed them all, Lebrons post game comments about him having... energy made me laugh.
  5. Glad Wade showed up for OT after taking most of the game off.
  6. I was going to ask if anyone was listening to OFWGKTA... I see you guys got that covered. I love assmilk.
  7. Just to clarify, Bronn is a sellsword, not an outlaw. When Catelyn takes Tyrion hostage she recruits people to assist her in returning him to the Eryie and Bronn comes along because it's basically freelance work. If you didn't notice Tyrion and he developed a bit of a buddy/buddy relationship on the trip there. Bronn takes the risk of championing him because he knows Tyrion will repay him.A Lannister always pays his debts, that's why Tyrion gave his bag of gold to Mort (the jailer) after the fight.
  8. Telling people who lives until next season is a pretty huge spoiler
  9. It's implied several times in the book. They added that scene however because it explains why
  10. Kobe getting first team all nba over Wade is laughable.
  11. That could just be Memphis's defense. They have two fantastic perimeter defenders who can really take you out of what you want to do through pressure and ball denial.
  12. Wonder who changes up the roster more between the Lakers and the Celtics now.
  13. It was awesome getting to see a bunch of important characters make their real introductions... Samwell, Hodor (had a cameo in ep 1), Gregor, the 3 eyed crow, and got to see 3 of the 5 remaining direwolves. Also got to hear more about Theon being Theon since they cut out an earlier scene showing how much of a dick he is. I'm surprised how much they talked up Ros and didn't show her, thought there was going to be a scene with Tyrion and her for sure.
  14. I think that was the best episode yet. Great history lessons, and the story moved along quite nicely.
  15. I know why they are doing what they are doing with the direwolves, I just think it's going to be awkward when they later show a full grown Ghost and everyone is like... wtf did that come from? They are covering nearly a month an episode at the current pace, and while it will slow down a bit now that Ned is in King's Landing glossing over the wolves now might make some stuff later seem unusual.
  16. Hodor was in the scene where the king arrived in Winterfell, standing behind the Starks.
  17. They called him the kingslayer in the first episode too. The guy playing Jamie had me worried before the show started and he has turned out to be doing a great job which bodes well for what happens later. The scene with Syrio was great, probably my favorite of the series so far he was perfect. Little disappointed we aren't' seeing more cameos of the direwolves. Ghost and Summer play such huge roles with Jon and Bran that I don't understand why they aren't getting more little cameos during their scenes just to let you know they are around. Also loved the little tidbit from Old Nan when she w
  18. O'Neal's foul wasn't a flagrant, that's a pretty standard thing everyone does to slow people cutting through the lane and a pretty terrible call on the refs part. Rondo's foul on Lebron should have been a clear path foul, no way was he getting in front of Lebron. Pierce should have been tossed for the head butt, and picking up a second tech just made up for them not handling it 30 seconds earlier. James Jones foul wasn't flagrant, he was just ensuring that Pierce didn't get a shot off after he got caught in the air, it's a normal playoff foul.Miami was more physical the entire game. Boston
