One thing I have not personally seen is Erick Lindgren play a short stack, so I can't say much about how he plays it.However, after seeing Ferguson at the 2004 Main Event last year prove he knows how to play the short stack, I was impressed.I know that's just one specific skill, but, Ferguson is also a very consistent player...granted not the most consistent, but enough for me to vote for him.
  3. Well, Chau Giang was a complete beast in the Pot Limit Omaha tournament in 2004 against Robert Williamson. I don't deny his talent.He's also obviously very consistent, as I have seen him on leaderboards.However I just don't know too much about him, but what I have seen of Lederer is great, and his articles are some of the best I've read. So out of personal opinion, Lederer.
  4. right, and add to the fact that you're playing at such high altitudes, and 100-200's going to feel like play money thrown around the table. you just adjust to a certain level, and anything above that makes you nervous, and anything below it seems piddly.
  5. Well, while it's true that Evelyn Ng has low tournament stats, it's also true that Evelyn doesn't necessarily play as many tournaments as the rest of the players. I could be incredibly off on this, but doesn't she play more ring/online games than tournaments?And if you'll think back, the tournament winning that Phil Laak received was in mostly just one tournament. He has not had very high success in tournaments after that, and in all reality, has been put on this high pedestal he's on solely on his bizarre actions at the table.He's got a great character, but I believe Phil Laak is incredibly
