  1. Finally I was able to get on here... only to find there are no updates on Daniel's progress lol...What's the scoop? Or did he get knocked out again..
  2. http://ultimatebet.com/promotions/tourname...t-schedule.html
  3. I've always wondered that as well... they play the "big game" because they are pros & have the money yet some have to consistantly lose for others to be consistant winners.
  4. Wouldn't the whole experience be one big +EV... and no -EV at all? Maybe I've lost the poit of this contest?
  5. Daniel would never make a poor FCP'r put up $500 for each of the matches.. What would be the point of putting in a lot of time & developing an outstanding logo only to pay Daniel a couple grand... think logically here.
  6. Definitly agree Royal, but not until after the deadline... as I wouldn't want any of you snarles swipin' my techniques.
  7. everyone is always a long time lurker eh...
  8. Well he claims he kept his accounting job, so if he's still living off of that, then I imagine with his experience he's banked some of his earnings. He also won another event last year I think, no? (not wsop)
  9. lmao... its practically cheating why wouldn't they put a limit on it? Is it only for the first hour?
  10. lol... just trying to cut down my competition... damn!
  11. I lost $25 of $25 last fall... stop lying you ****ers.
  12. of course.. but there is tiny font in the terms & conditions that clearly state.. and I quote "This contest is only open to FCP forum members who have registered prior to June 7th, 2005."(sw)
  13. The ol' 1 post contest entry.... super.
  14. Hey Royal,Actually yes, I'm a full time 'web/graphic' designer, but I don't make enough $ to travel yet so it would be real nice to get out of this town. The cost of living here is very expensive & unfortunatly my money goes away pretty quick.
  15. I see how that could be confusing, I certainly can't afford that but I'd take the trip in a heartbeat to just hang with Daniel for the weekend.
  16. This is the best thread ever.. someone has to show me how to do a cartwheel as my toes are just twiddling.stoked.
  17. Being a designer finally might have it's benefits!! Wooohoo!
  18. I had it back to back yesterday, but folded twice as there was a substantial raise infront of me both times.
  19. You actually expect people to read all of that?
  20. Daniel Negreanu pushed all in with his last $6,700 in chips, afterwards saying "A man's got to do what a man's got to do." Mel Judah heeded the call and called his all-in. Judah flipped K-Q and Negreanu was a slight favorite with his pocket threes. The flop was a nice one-two punch into Negreanu with a K-J-6 revealed. With the turn and river a 4 and 8 respectively, Daniel Negreanu is eliminated by Judah's pair of kings.- Sounds like that bad laydown earlier was the turning point.
  21. Ya I realized it...*slaps cardplayer in the nut draw.
  22. Date / Time: 2005-06-07 17:24:00 Title: 120 Remaining Log: There is approximately 120 players remaining in this event. Greg "Fossilman" Raymer is tearing through this field as he maintains a staunch stack of chips amounting to approx $25,000. Other notables still left battling are Cyndi Violette, Mike Matusow, Tuan Le, "Miami" John Cernuto, Erik Seidel, David Levi, John Juanda, Antonio Esfandiari, Phil Gordon, Jeff Lisandro and Harry Demetriou. No mention of DN - does this mean he's been eliminated?
