well, eventually i'm right now getting something for it: our so-called "bafög", financial support for students. and i don't mind at all^^. it's not much and i still have to work besides, but it's nice anyway.

i don't have the numbers and i'm not searching for them. actually we're in a little trouble, obv, because of the ebvious reasons. my point is, that our system was very successful since the beginning and didn't restrict or drag down anything.
