  4. His stack was so large compared to the rest, I think It depende on your style, If you want to wait till you are ITM. play accordingly (on the flop)If you want to hit a homer, I would not fold the hand no matter what, probably check raise all in on the flop, and If he checks after you, all in on the turn.A Dax
  5. He will probably put you in with any two if you check,to call seems weak, and the other options are either to bet and be willing to fold or bet all in.The ace is a scare card, but with that huge stack im betting he is playing a wide range of hands, so you can't be sure he has an ace, although it is possible A-low kicker.I would check the turn, if he has an ace i will assume he wont bet now, so if he dose bet i will raise. If he checks after you, bet the river and fold to the raise - unless you get a read. The flop bet could have been larger, but it is quesionable if it would have made a diffrenc
  6. I can't access that site, i am not a member, can u post the .txt file of the tourney?Atg Dax
  7. I played with the raiseing player all tourney long, ( about 90 min) at first he was very active but it was re buy time...So I defintly was thinking he could have AQ and would call me with it, and worse case he had a pair so it was a race.
  8. it was a start of a sit&go so i had no information, but yes, the flop call did make me worrie, I was thinking he made a set, but.... couldn't bring myself to fold KK at a sit and go.
  9. Considering he is not folding pre flop (he realy didn't), So If I call and bet the flop no matter what, he will probably fold if the flop has high cards, and other wise fold - a fold that couldn't be induced any other way.and If he has a big PP then he would be a big Fav. either way, but this way theres a chance he folds 22-TT.Please take a look at my other topic about laying down AA and KK on low flop.Atg Dax
  10. Just to see if I understand you correctly, you think the right play in this situation is to re raise all in ?could you explain again please ;)Thanks S.K
  11. I run into these hands 3 times today : I have AA or KK, a smaller PP calls the pre flop - and flops a set...PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t20 (8 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)saw flop|saw showdownUTG (t2930)UTG+1 (t1570)MP1 (t1370)MP2 (t1500)CO (t1460)Button (t1470)SB (t1670)Hero (t1530)Preflop: Hero is BB with K, K. 4 folds, CO raises to t60, 1 fold, SB calls t50, Hero raises to t180, CO folds, SB calls t120.Flop: (t420) 5, 6, 8(2 players)SB checks, Hero bets t420, SB calls t420.Turn: (t1260) 8(2 players)SB checks, He
  12. Great read, actually perfect. I was thinking, he would probably bet the flop no matter what, so I figured he wasn't folding the hand post flop,I knew there was a very little chance he was folding pre flop, but I wanted to avoid the situation that I miss the flop and he bluffs me out...you analizes was spot on, which makes me even more upset I didn't play that one correctly,If he checked the flop and I bet out, being as 2 overcards to his pp came, there is a reasnable chance he would muck.PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t600 (9 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTur

  15. but what do you think about your stack size at the end of the re buy period ?yesterday I played the 10$ +R which starts you off with 1000 chips, I got to 6500 within 15 min, playng 3 hands to the SD, whitout much risk...players were just looking to double and willing to call all in with 1 pair.I add on for a total of 7500 at the break, I was 22th of 150 remaining.may be the fact it was a turbo tourney didn't give me much room to play normally, but I couldn't start a run from there...Are these tourneys played normaly after the add on ?some thing I finf very helpful in tourneys like the 180, is
