  1. I only recently started playing cash games.I generally play $2-4 NL. I have 4 screens open so I'm playing around 200+ hands an hourI find I usually have to take a break after each hour, but I play around 800 hands a day.Question 1: What is a good avg daily profit (over a 1 month or longer)?Questions 2: How do I know when to move up to $3-6 NL or higher?Question 3: How many hands are you guys able to play before needing a break? My goal to play the $10-20 NL (profitably) but I'm in no rush to get there. Thanks
  2. Found this on 2+2GCC is 4 different people but Dreamclown is only one person. He plays the HU limit matches. The other members play other forms of poker better. Th3y only pool there money together to play 500-1000 and when one of them plays Hellmuth on UB. They aren't making desicions together for instance or switching in and out.
  3. Daniel did say he was sitting down tonite with a boatload of cash...didn't he?
  4. Up until last nite, I was able to view real $$ games on Pokerroom.com, thus able to see Dreamclown, Kidpoker, etc.Now today i can only view the Play money tables.1) Does anyone know if something changed?2) How much do i have to deposit in order to view real money games? Thanks
  5. DN had TinFoil down to under $1000. TinFoil won the hand but reloaded with another $40G
  6. Dreamclown's sitting with $50,000 to play some limit hold'em.Where's Daniel for his rematch?
  7. I'm interested in people's thoughts on which site has the best Tournament Leader Board structure.I like the way Pokerstars works their leaderboard. You get points if you place in the top 15% of a tournament but you only count your top 10 for the week, 20 for the month and 100 for the year. If you win the week, you play McEvoy (or someone) for at least $1000. They also occasionally reward the top 150 TLB with entry into a freeroll.PartyPoker gives points for finishing in the top 20% and you count all the points. They give cash prizes to the top 100 finishers in the month. I just hate Party
  8. Rather than argue randomly, why not do the math. There were 5619 entrants for a total prize pool of $56,190,000. Dealers received 3% in tips for a total of approx $1.7 million. Is there any way to figure out then number of dealer hours? It would take some time but you'd have to figure out the number of tables in play each day and for how long.Just for thought, assume a good hourly wage is $20 per hour. (Ignoring any actual pay the dealers received) Thus, if the dealers worked a total of 85,000 hours, then the 3% would be a fair tip. It's difficult to figure out the exact number of hours, so I'
  9. I once received a $50 tip, but it had no impact on my game.
  10. thanks for the responses
  11. I'm planning on playing some of the early events in the 2005 WSOP. Recently i was told that i had to preregister because the spots were filling up. I couldn't get in touch with anyone at the Rio to confirm this.1) Does anyone know what the Rio's capacity is for some of the earlier $1500 entry events?2) Do many people sign up for tournaments on consecutive days and take the chance that if they make the final table on one day, they probably won't be able to play (or do well) in the next day's tournament?Any feedback would be helpful.thank you
