  1. Tallackson has no consistancy to his game and no sense of urgency. I can't ever see him making a mark in the NJ franchise...key word NJ. I say he may be moved prior to this years trade deadline. I just don't see him fitting into the organization. Its a shame because he is big strong fast and has a nice shot. He didn't look all that bad last year, had a nice goal against Ottawa but really didn't do anything to improve his situation at training camp this year. Another sleeper forward will be Alexander Sundstrom. He is said to have his fathers skills, injuries have slowed him down since his draf
  2. Since many of you are in keeper leagues here are some prospect sites.www.russianprospects.comcentralscouting.nhl.comwww.mckeenshockey.rivals.comwww.eliteprospects.comwww.internationalhockeygang.org (good for tourney info in europe)
  3. You would think so but I really feel his best fit is on the wing. Center may be his natural position but that was against smaller and weaker junior players and even to a lesser degree AHL players. Wellwood isn't fast or strong enough to play center for a full NHL season, kind of the same situtation Zach Parise is in. The top defensive centers in the league would eat him up and wear him down night in and night out. Wellwood also isn't great defensivly and center's have the greatest responsibility in the defensive zone where as a winger basicly covers the points.
  4. Since I basicly follow Devils prospects a few worth keeping your eye on are as following:Mark Fayne - Big strong stay at home freshmen defensmen for Providence, going into last night only gave up 1 even strength goal in his first 10 games on a poor team. I think he will project into Andrew Alberts type defensmen. Not much offensive potential but surely Devils type player, especially because he plays at Lou's former team.Tony Romano - Fell in the 2006 draft because he played in the AJHL, not even Junior A caliber teams. Has been absolutly amazing for Cornell so far this season as a freshmen. Ha
