I haven't played FR online in forever, but I think (or without thinking) I would just insta raise raise raise the flop.As played on the turn, def as james said, bet enough to get all-in so we dont have a weird stack to pot issue on the river.**I also think that after the passivitiy shown on the flop, some merit can be givin to check call turn AND check call river (unless we StraightFlush). not sure why but I like it.
