i deal on occasion for different clubs and whatnot around denver. the tips we recieve is necessary some nights just to make a profit dealing in clubs are different then dealing in casinos. however my point is because i'm mainly a player that tipping yes gives money to dealers but i've notice the more pleasant u are the better ur treated. it's not that cards are brought to u better but dealers talk and if u play long sessions they know ur there. for instance playing up in the casinos in colorado if ur nice and u tip well and the dealers notice that u are i've gotten free rooms for the night
