  1. Not like I'd buy this card but if I did, that would've been the fight I bought it for.
  2. Realistically, Florida has 9 months of great weather. The only time it truly sucks is July and August. Your "winter" is everywhere else's Autumn.
  3. Gus has good TDD but against someone like Corimer, it really doesn't matter. Live dogs doesn't even begin to say. Them most lopsided line has Francisco Trevino as a +350 dog to Sage Northcutt. Other than that, there is nobody @ +300, other than a few outlier lines on Gustafsson and Woodley that just barely break +300. There are five fights in the +100/-100's.
  4. I thought you were a businessman? That's not a business.
  5. Non-Beltway Virginia and both Carolinas.
  6. Aside from being a fed and confidential informant, just what is it that you do?
  7. Oregon used to be underrated but not any more.
  8. Who makes tens, hundreds of millions yet doesn't take care of their 93 year old grandmother in a trailer park? Everything she said lines up with what one can estimate about his character based on what other people say and his own actions. He's someone who gives zero ****s about other human beings (which is fine, but people need to understand what they're in for when they partner up with those kinds of guys.)
  9. They're not going to take care of him. Dana White is a total ****ing (legitimate) sociopath. http://fcfighter.com...k-on-his-family
  10. He is done as far as ever contending (which he wasn't ever going to do anyway) but HW is so shallow, they're probably not going to cut him. Ain't no better gatekeeper.
  11. Its a lie. I don't have any friends. Its really me buying that hooker. I live in Budapest. The Chicago thing was all a long-running put on.
  12. I bet on Barnett but didn't bet Hall and wouldn't. He has raw tools that are, P4P, equal to anyone in the UFC. That includes Jon Jones. He has no killer instinct. That means he'll either land some spectacular knockout or get ground down by a guy with a bigger heart. There is almost no way to get insight into that. The catch is that if he develops a killer instinct. If that happens, he'll win the belt.
  13. His rent on a fairly bad-ass apartment is $1100... right in one of the best parts of Budapest, bad-ass apartment. You can get a studio for like $200. something decent for $400. I'm more of an Italy guy but I have to admit that what I'd seeing about Budapest is interesting enough to take an exploratory trip. Especially since they may be the last country in Europe to have actual Europeans in a generation or two.
  14. This is one of the hookers my friend gets once a week in Budapest (be sure to scroll through her pics). http://rosszlanyok.h...08191525_11.jpg 40 euros.
  15. Maybe he asked because he likes money.
  16. Had a feeling about that Hall/Gegard fight. Didn't bet on it but hated the line that had Hall as such a dog. He has just too many tools to ever be much of a dog against anyone.
  17. I have a medium bet on Barnett. I like him at anything better than -300, he came into the weigh-ins looking trim as ****. Unfortunately, Roy Nelson has cost me more money than any other fighter but I am hoping the curse is broken this time. I just do not see him beating Josh Barnett in any way (which all but guarantees he lands a phantom overhand right and starches poor Josh, just to keep the ****-Me streak alive) I had a small bet straight on Mizugaki @ -250 which paid off. Orientals suffer from line bias since everyone assumes they're going to lose. What people don't realize is that wh
  18. Very good chance NASA announces that they've discovered water on Mars.
  19. You know what's an untapped market? Nannies for people without kids.
  20. Far and away, the easiest people to swindle are people of modestly above average intelligence. People of below average, average or well above average intelligence will always be strict empiricists; they will appraise everything based on what they can observe. People of modestly above average intelligence, though, can be easily persuaded that what they see and know is just an illusion and they way to demonstrate their keen insight to the world is by engaging in certain economic activities (that benefit a relatively small group of people who've made an entire cottage industry around subsidiz
  21. This is all just lunatic raving mental illness (not you or your post explaining it, but the convoluted 'positions' themselves). Any prison that has a large sisterhood refutes this; they're some of the best brawlers there are (and there isn't much funnier in this life than watching some weight pile ape get his ass starched by a wiry negro with bitch tits, kool-aid lip stick and a nasty overhand right.
  22. Kieran Healey recently wrote a paper entitled "**** Nuance" that got a lot of buzz. http://kieranhealy.o...****-nuance.pdf A core thesis of leftism is that 'ideals' should be valued over empiricism- that what we 'want' should emphasized over the much harder-to-contend-with, 'reality'. This naturally creates huge problems when your ideological strain runs contra to everything people can see and observe, so the intellectual defense mechanism there is rationalization. Self-bullshitting. Endless "nuance". Once you can convince people that an ideal is worth more than what they can observe,
  23. Well, the Fall High Point Market is almost upon us and I am not sure if I'll be exhibiting any designs this year, since I cannot afford constant design patents just to have my shit photographed and sent over to Shunde only to show up in a ****ing Ikea catalog 3 years later.
  24. Real Estate Pro Tip: You can take this census mapping tool: http://projects.nyti...census/2010/map And the Realtor.com map search function: http://www.realtor.c...-87.73145/zl-10 To identify areas undergoing demographic changes (double-digit + white % / - non white %) that might trigger investment considerations. The census tool goes pretty fine-mesh, not block by block but enough to see what's up. You can also use the tool if making a move to a new city, to see what areas to avoid.
