You're missing one major point about unions -- they provided certain protections under Section 7 of the National Labor Relations Act for "employees." Poker players are not employees of the WPT, or (with the exception of some house players, I suppose) of any casino for that matter.   2. They give everyone in the tournament there buy in back I am pretty sure.It depends if you were in the $ yet. If you were, they pay out the spots according to chip count. If you werent in the $ yet, they pay everyone back their buy in. (Which is BS) Party has the best policy for when the site goes down.I agree that it's BS. If someone could please explain to me why the 430 people who are already eliminated should get anything back and make it sound logical, I will name my third born child after you.
